Christmas Stays The Same

The long awaited follow-up to Linda's critically acclaimed "Christmas Stays the Same" will be released on Monday, October 14, 2013 and be sold exclusively on Linda's website as well as at CD signings following most of her U.S. based concerts from November 1st until the end of December.

Long-time collaborator and friend Kim Scharnberg contributed several arrangements to this album. Broadway World- "News of this production's new, trimmed down orchestrations are no cause for alarm: the arrangements fit the production with every jaunty note. As re-orchestrated by Kim Scharnberg, Jerry Herman's score sounds just as bubbly and brassy as ever..."

MD Theatre Guide- "Of course none of this success would have been possible if it weren't for the memorable songs by Jerry Herman, the terrific musical direction by James Moore, and the new orchestrations created for this production by Kim Scharnberg."

Baltimore Sun- "Much to be said, too, for the fresh orchestrations by Kim Scharnberg, who, using eight players (expertly led by James Moore) evokes a vintage ragtime ensemble- fully appropriate for the time period of the action and well-suited to Herman's score."
